One subscription covers your whole club. Results, the forum and the marketplace stay free for everyone.

- What's free?
- Creating an account, the competition results board, the forum and the marketplace are free for everyone, always. You can also explore every feature in the demo club without an account.
- What does the subscription cover?
- Your club's private tracker: teams, members and their sizes, costume photos and stock, who has which costume, shortfall warnings, a schedule of competitions and rehearsals, training videos, and jobs like gemming costumes. One subscription covers the whole club, including every coach, parent and committee member you invite.
- What do you store about our performers?
- Only their name, costume size, shoe size and any costume fitting notes you add. No birth dates, ages, heights, contact details or photos of performers.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Your club becomes read-only for 30 days, so you can still see everything, and it unlocks again the moment you renew. If you don't renew within 30 days, the club's teams, members, costumes and photos are permanently deleted. We don't keep club data we're not being paid to look after.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Your first month is free on either plan. You enter a card to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the month ends. There's one free month per person and per card, so a second club, or a card that has had a free month before, starts paying straight away.
- Can we pay monthly or yearly?
- Either. Yearly works out cheaper per month. You can switch between them from your club's Billing tab.
- Can we cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your club's Billing tab. The club stays fully usable until the end of the period you've paid for.
